NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR NOMINATE OR CLAIM FULFILLMENT OF INITIATIVE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF BEING CHOSEN.

Clarity’s Community Initiative (“Initiative”) is sponsored solely by CLARITY ENTERPRISES INC. (“Sponsor”). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the community Initiative and nominations must be directed to the Sponsor. Eligible Submission Period:
Start Date/Time: 10/1/2023 at 12:00:00 a.m.
End Date/Time: 12/15/2023 at 11:59:59 p.m.
Time Zone: CT Time

Rules:
-Nominate a family or person who is in need.
-Submissions will only be accepted through December 15, 2023.
-A family or families will be chosen no later than December 31, 2023, and will be notified via email or phone as well as the individual who nominated the family or person. They will have 72 hours to accept Clarity’s community Initiative.
-Final decision of chosen family or families is up to the Sponsor’s sole discretion and evaluation.
-The chosen person, family, or families must live in a residential home and be the sole homeowner of the provided address of the nominee and must be eighteen years of age or older.
-Before and after photographs of any work done by the Sponsor may be used in digital and print marketing campaigns and are property of the Sponsor.

Miscellaneous:
The Sponsor further reserves the right to (a) cancel, terminate, suspend, declare null or void, amend, alter, or modify the community Initiative, void any suspicious entries, rescind any prize, and/or determine absolute resolution, and/or an alternate method of conducting the nominations and/or fulfilling the Initiative(s) set forth at any time, for any reason, or if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it is impossible or impractical to complete or conduct the Initiative as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, county or city permits, residential location, manufacturer limitations, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures of any sort, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this Initiative, or any other causes which effect the operation of the Initiative or the rules of the integrity of the Initiative have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a nominee in the Initiative and/or (b) stop or conclude the Initiative at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination of the Initiative by Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to fulfill the Initiative(s) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility should special circumstances arise; all decisions are considered final and binding. Sponsor disclaims any responsibility to notify entrants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Initiative. As a condition of participating in nominations, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing) that: (a) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain costs, judgments, or awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim or seek punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or any other damages, other than for actual, third-party out-of-pocket expenses, and in such limitation, entrant further waives any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (b) any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Initiative, or any fulfilled work, shall be resolved individually, through binding arbitration as set forth above, without resort to any form of class action. Participation in the nominations constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Being selected for this Initiative is contingent upon entrant’s fulfillment of all requirements set forth herein and can be terminated at any time for any reason.
